Wilhelmina is furious when she learns about Wilhediva Hater, her drag queen impersonator. Meanwhile, Betty's blog wins her an award, which creates tension between her and Daniel; Amanda rehires Helen, but Wilhelmina later orders Amanda to fire her; and Marc runs his own photo shoot.
Betty's building is robbed right before the karaoke party, and Betty is partly to blame for the break-in. Meanwhile, Amanda tricks Daniel and Wilhelmina into getting counseling; and Ignacio refuses to accept that Bobby is now part of Hilda's life.
While the show flashes back to her horrible last few days, Betty talks to Mr. Z about her worst week ever, while she also creates her own blog about everything that inspires her. However, when Wilhemina starts putting Betty to work on all kinds of experiments, Betty's job nearly kills her. Meanwhile, Daniel uncovers the fact that Marc is sabotaging him, while Bobby attempts to treat Hilda during "Hilda Week", but it goes awry. Also, Wilhemina makes a long-term commitment to the incarcerated Connor.
Concerned that she may be spending too much time with Matt, Betty tries to give him something else to be passionate about, which turns out to be a surprise gallery showing of his art work. However, the exhibit as some unintended results. Meanwhile, Marc is horrified when he uncovers that his one-night stand is falling for him, while Hilda must decide whether or not to tell Bobby that he's the father of her future child. Also, Cal Hartley hires a Hollywood powerhouse to replace Wilhemina.
"Be-Shure" Against the backdrop of Ignacio's multi-culti holiday dinner that he prepares for his new flame Jean , who is Jewish, Betty and Hilda have pregnancy scares. Worse, they purchase their Be-Shure instant pregnancy tests from the local pharmacy -- where Jean works and Ignacio is shopping. Meanwhile, Hartley installs Willie's replacement, a clueless Hollywood mogul, Denise Ludwig , whose claim to fame is a tacky movie, but Marc has a plan to get Willie back -- if only Daniel will agree. And Claire gets Amanda's help and tracks down Tyler, the son she long ago gave up for adoption

Marc is appointed as Betty's temporary assistant by Wilhelmina. Betty decides to do a story on the worst jobs in New York. Meanwhile, Hilda causes trouble for Archie's campaign and Daniel hires himself a beautiful but inept assistant.
